Yes. You can switch plans at any time from your dashboard's "Upgrade Plan" option — your recipes, purchases and reports carry over automatically, there's nothing to migrate.

Your data stays yours. You can export your recipes, purchases and reports at any time, and we keep your account data for a reasonable grace period after cancellation in case you change your mind.

Yes. Business plan customers get automated daily and weekly backups with one-click restore. All plans benefit from routine platform-level backup protection.

Starter, Pro and Business plans all support multiple team members with role-based access, so your kitchen or office staff can log in with their own accounts under one subscription. The Family plan is single-user by design.
