By creating a CostBridge account you agree to these Terms of Service. If you're signing up on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that company to these terms.
CostBridge is offered on Family, Starter, Pro and Business plans, each with its own usage limits. The Family and Starter plans have a free 14-day trial period; Pro and Business are available by subscription only. The Family plan is an introductory plan for individuals and households - a free trial, then £2.99 a month - and its features, limits and price may be changed or withdrawn for new sign-ups at any time, with notice to existing subscribers. Continuing to use a paid plan after your trial ends constitutes acceptance of that plan's published pricing.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@costbridge.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised access.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into CostBridge (recipes, ingredients, purchases, orders and reports). We only use it to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period, and your data remains available for export for a reasonable period after cancellation.
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access another tenant's data, disrupting the platform, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
CostBridge is provided "as is." While we work hard to keep the service accurate and available, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes by email or an in-app notice before they take effect.
