When you create a CostBridge account we collect your name, email address and company name. As you use the product, we store the business data you enter — ingredients, recipes, purchases, menus and orders — on your behalf, in a database dedicated to your account.
We use your information to provide and improve the service, process subscription changes, send account and billing-related communications, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal data or your business data to third parties.
Each account's business data is stored in its own isolated database. Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing and are never stored or logged in plain text. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including routine backups.
You can access, export or request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@costbridge.co.uk. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as the UK GDPR or the EU GDPR.
We use essential cookies and browser storage required to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-app notice before they take effect.
