Open Shopping. Search your ingredients and press Add, then change the quantities. The estimated total updates as you go. When it is ready, press Share to WhatsApp.
Each ingredient shows its last price, so the total is based on what you really paid.
Open Purchases in the Inventory menu. Every purchase is listed with its supplier, quantity, cost, the price per kilo or litre, and the date.
Press New, pick the ingredient and the supplier, then enter the quantity, the price and the date. CostBridge works out the usable quantity and the real cost per unit.
On your dashboard, Ingredient Pricing compares each ingredient with its previous purchase price. Red means it got more expensive, so you know what to look at before it hits your margin.
The Spend Trend and By Category views show how much you spent over time and where it went.
